At Velvet Vogue, we are dedicated to making the delivery process clear and predictable for our customers. This Shipping Policy describes the locations we serve, available shipping methods, delivery estimates, shipping charges, and important conditions that apply to orders placed through our online store.

1. United States Shipping Only

Velvet Vogue currently ships orders within the United States only.

We do not offer international shipping. Orders requiring delivery to an address outside the United States cannot be fulfilled under our current shipping services.

Customers must provide a valid and complete U.S. shipping address during checkout.

2. Domestic Shipping Options

We currently provide the following shipping methods for eligible U.S. orders:

Express Shipping
Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days
Shipping fee: $15.00

Express Shipping is available for customers who prefer an expedited delivery option.

Standard Shipping
Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days
Shipping fee: $8.00
Free Standard Shipping

Orders with a qualifying value of $70.00 or more receive FREE Standard Shipping.

Minimum qualifying purchase: $70.00
Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days
Shipping charge: FREE

Free shipping applies only to Standard Shipping. If Express Shipping is selected, the regular $15.00 Express Shipping fee will apply regardless of the order amount.

3. Shipping Rate Summary

Velvet Vogue's current domestic shipping rates are:

Express Shipping — 1–2 business days — $15.00

Standard Shipping — 3–5 business days — $8.00

Standard Shipping on orders of $70.00 and up — 3–5 business days — FREE

Available delivery options and applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before the order is finalized.

4. Order Processing and Preparation

Once an order has been successfully submitted, it may require verification, preparation, and packaging before being transferred to the shipping carrier.

Processing time is separate from shipping transit time. The estimated delivery periods listed for Express and Standard Shipping generally apply after an order has been prepared and accepted by the carrier.

Orders placed on weekends or recognized holidays may begin processing on the following business day.

5. Delivery Estimates

For purposes of this policy, business days generally refer to Monday through Friday and exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and applicable holidays.

The 1–2 business day Express and 3–5 business day Standard timeframes are estimated transit periods and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Delivery schedules may be affected by severe weather, transportation disruptions, carrier service interruptions, holidays, unusually high package volumes, or other circumstances outside the reasonable control of Velvet Vogue.

6. Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering complete and accurate shipping information when placing an order.

Incorrect or incomplete information may result in shipping delays, unsuccessful delivery attempts, or returned packages.

If you notice an address error after submitting an order, contact Velvet Vogue as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to assist before shipment, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made after fulfillment has begun.

7. Shipment Confirmation and Tracking

When tracking is available, shipment details may be provided after your order has been dispatched.

Please allow sufficient time for the carrier to receive and scan the package. A tracking number may not display activity immediately after the shipping label is created.

Once tracking becomes active, the carrier's tracking service generally provides the latest available information regarding shipment progress and estimated delivery.

8. Shipping Delays

Velvet Vogue works to provide customers with dependable delivery estimates; however, unexpected delays may occasionally occur.

Weather conditions, transportation interruptions, carrier network disruptions, seasonal demand, holidays, and other unforeseen circumstances may affect delivery schedules.

If your shipment appears to be substantially delayed, please contact us with your order details. We will review the available tracking information and provide reasonable assistance.

9. Returned or Undeliverable Shipments

A carrier may return a package if delivery cannot be completed because of an incorrect or incomplete address, unsuccessful delivery attempts, or another delivery-related problem.

If your package is returned to Velvet Vogue as undeliverable, please contact us to discuss the available options.

Additional shipping fees may apply if reshipment is required because inaccurate or incomplete delivery information was originally provided by the customer.

10. Packages Marked as Delivered but Not Received

If carrier tracking indicates that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please check your mailbox, porch, entrance, reception area, or other secure locations around the delivery address.

We also recommend checking with household members, neighbors, property management, or the applicable shipping carrier.

If your package remains missing, please contact Velvet Vogue with your order information so we can review the available delivery details and assist where reasonably possible.

11. Orders Damaged During Shipping

Please inspect your package and merchandise promptly after delivery.

If an order arrives damaged during transit, contact Velvet Vogue as soon as possible. We recommend retaining the original shipping carton and packaging materials and taking clear photographs showing the condition of the package and affected products.

Any applicable return, refund, exchange, or replacement may also be subject to the terms of our Return & Refund Policy.

12. International Shipping Restriction

Velvet Vogue does not offer international shipping.

Our current shipping services are restricted to eligible delivery addresses within the United States. Orders requiring shipment to destinations outside the U.S. cannot be fulfilled.

13. Changes to This Shipping Policy

Velvet Vogue may update this Shipping Policy when necessary to reflect changes in shipping rates, carrier services, fulfillment procedures, delivery methods, or other business operations.

Any revised version will be published through our online store with the applicable updated date.
